Daesung Restaurant

Daeseong Sikdang is a raw fish restaurant in Yeosu that serves samchi hoe and seodae hoe muchim. The samchi hoe is eaten by putting a little rice on dried gim, dipping it in seasoned soy sauce and wasabi, and topping it with Yeosu gat kimchi, and samchi jiri is served alongside. On weekends and Saturdays the restaurant has many customers. The side dishes are portioned for one bite each and are not refilled.
