Daemyeong Seoneo Hoetjip

Daemyeong Seoneo Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant in Hakdong, Yeosu. It serves samchi seoneo hoe aged for two to three days, eaten with gim, baechu kimchi, gat kimchi, and a sesame oil sauce. Meals are available from 5 p.m., and there is a public parking lot next to the restaurant and rooms inside. Because the fish is aged, its texture differs from that of chewy hoe.
