Chilbo Macha is a raw fish restaurant in Yeosu that serves seoneo hoe, thick slices of raw fish. You dip the hoe in a house garlic sauce and wrap it with gat kimchi and roasted gim. It opens at 11 a.m., giving a wider window than other seoneo hoe restaurants that open later, and it has continued from its Chungmudong days. The owner's manner is brusque.
