Samsa Chil is a cafe on the third floor next to Yi Sun-sin Square in Yeosu. It serves coffee during the day and beer at night, functioning as both a cafe and a pub. The rooftop looks out over the Yeosu sea, and cats roam the space. There is no elevator up to the third floor.
