Cafe Bimi sits on the hill of the mural alley in Yeosu, overlooking the inner harbor, and serves coffee with desserts baked in-house. The lineup includes a strong matcha cake and lemon pound cake, and acidic beans are brewed by hand drip. From the wide second-floor window, the sunset before sundown turns the inside of the shop vermilion. The coffee uses only a single shot, so it tastes mild for those who prefer a strong cup.
