Cafe Seomok is a cafe in Yeosu that serves coffee and bingsu directly in front of the sea. Its old-style patbingsu has ice grains that crunch when chewed, unlike snowflake bingsu. You can sit quietly while looking out at the water. The seating is cramped, so it is uncomfortable for staying a long time.
