Songdo Sulsang is a long-standing Korean pub in Songdo, Incheon, serving anju such as ogyeop bossam, jeongol and jeon. The ogyeop bossam uses female pork and comes with eoriguljeot, and the drink list includes a range of traditional liquor and makgeolli. Lines form unless you arrive right at the 5 p.m. opening, and on a weekday evening at 6 p.m. three parties were waiting. The space is small, so seats are hard to get without going early.
