Bukmyeon Makgeolli is a bar in Busan that serves makgeolli and dongdongju. A signature pairing combines dubu kimchi with dechin ojingeo. The makgeolli is mild and slightly light rather than sharply fizzy, and is paired with jeon or nogari. Other dishes include ssal pajeon, kimchi odeng tang, and gogalbi.
