Yeonnam Jokbal 1987

Yeonnam Jokbal 1987 is a jokbal restaurant in Seoul that serves jokbal, bossam, and fried jokbal, a five-minute walk from Exit 3 of Hongdae Station. The fried jokbal is made by boiling domestic raw jokbal with 12 medicinal herbs for 120 minutes and then frying it, leaving the outside crisp and the inside chewy. The jokbal is boiled twice a day, in the morning and the afternoon, and each table set comes with 11 side dishes, noodles, and dried radish greens soybean paste soup. A wait forms in the evening, with cases of waiting one hour.
