Wangpo Susan

Wangposusan is a hoe restaurant in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, serving seasonal raw fish and seafood dishes. Course A includes seasonal hoe, fried seafood, king crab or lobster, and maeuntang. The owner buys ingredients at the seafood market auction at dawn and serves them to customers the same day. The interior is cramped and damp, with many mosquitoes.
