Uwa Yeonnam serves okonomiyaki and yakisoba near Hongdae Station in Yeonnam, Seoul. The okonomiyaki and yakisoba use "ma" and are served hot from the griddle, with toppings and sauce chosen by the customer. Bench seats face the kitchen, so diners watch the chef cook in front of them and eat right away. A drawback is that clothes pick up a lot of food smell.
