Sweet Sour Salt is a sandwich-focused brunch restaurant on a quiet alley in Seoul. It serves jambon beurre, salmon gravlax, and raw tuna pan bagnat niçoise generously filled in crisp, chewy baguette. The sandwiches balance the crisp, chewy texture of the baguette with generous fillings. There are only three tables, so the interior is small.
