Menyajun Sobahouse is a Japanese ramen shop in Hongdae, an eight-minute walk from Exit 3 of Hongdae Station. It serves tokusen shoyu ramen and shoyu ramen, with broth based on chicken stock and soy sauce, topped with hand-kneaded noodles, wonton, and cuts of chashu. On weekdays the wait runs about 30 minutes, but arriving alone at 11:20 a.m. gets a seat right away, and food takes about 10 minutes. The broth can taste salty or oily, and the toppings sit apart from the ramen.
