Sacheonri Huoguo

Sacheonri Hwogwo is a hot pot restaurant with Chinese-style interiors in Hongdae, Seoul, serving Sichuan-style hot pot and guobaorou. The pot is divided so that the white broth sits in the center, ringed by the red broth, and diners build their own dipping sauce at a self-serve station. On weekend evenings there is still a wait after 8 p.m., and a video explaining the menu plays continuously inside the dining room. The default portions are small.
