SAAP Ssap is a fusion Thai restaurant near Dongjin Market in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving Thai noodle dishes and rice bowls. Its fried egg salad uses a half-cooked egg topped with Thai seasoning and a generous amount of cilantro, and the Ssap chicken rice bowl pairs crispy chicken with peanuts. Staff ask before adding cilantro, and the restaurant also sells draft beer. The spice level runs strong.
