Restaurant Ajin

Ajin is a Western restaurant in Donggyo-dong, Seoul, serving pasta and steak. The menu includes the signature aglio e olio, sirloin steak, bruschetta, gambas, mushroom cream pasta, and risotto. The bruschetta carries a cheese aroma that follows the olive oil. The aglio e olio is prepared differently from the recipe shown in the video.
