Ramenyanu

Ramenyanu is a Japanese restaurant in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving shoyu ramen, shio ramen, and mazesoba. The shoyu ramen uses a soy sauce broth topped with mushrooms, egg, chashu, and chicken. The noodles are made in-house, and diners can ask for free rice to add to the remaining soup. The mazesoba is finished by adding a dedicated vinegar and then mixing in rice at the end.
