Pyeonuibang

Pyeonuibang is a Chinese restaurant in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, serving chive steamed dumplings, boiled dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, and jjambbong. It is also close to Yeonnam. The large dumplings, crisp pan-fried dumplings, and moist, chewy shrimp dim sum are the main dishes. The pan-fried dumpling wrapper is nutty and crisp, and the filling is pressed into a firm shape unlike ordinary dumplings.
