Pyeongtaek Goyeosajip Naengmyeon

Pyeongtaek Goyeosajip Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, serving mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon. The mul naengmyeon uses thick, chewy noodles in a broth with a strong meat aroma, and the bibim naengmyeon comes with a sauce that is neither spicy nor salty. The mung bean pancakes are fried thick so the outside is crisp, and they are not greasy. Menu prices feel high.
