Pogare is a Vietnamese restaurant next to Gyeongui Line Forest Park in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving pho with beef, gopchang (grilled intestines), and chicken. Ordering two or more bowls of pho comes with banh xeo at no charge, and noodles, bean sprouts, broth, and vegetables can be refilled without limit. The gopchang pho carries gopchang and a mala aroma, the chicken pho is topped with a large drumstick, and the direct-fire beef pho has a charred aroma. The entrance is at the back of the building, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
