Pisjette

Pitgette is an Italian restaurant in Yeonnam, near Hongdae in Seoul, that serves single-serving wood-fired pizzas. The dough is chewy and loaded with toppings, and the edges come out soft and chewy. An open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking, and window seats look onto the alley. Salad and french fries sets are also available.
