OMA PASTA BAR

OMA Pasta Bar is in the Yeonnam and Hongdae alleys of Seoul and serves fresh pasta made in-house. The truffle cream pasta uses wide pappardelle noodles, and a shrimp and chorizo oil pasta is also available. A single chef runs the place, and at the bar table you can watch pasta being made. The bread served before the meal comes as sourdough with Reggiano cheese and balsamic sauce.
