Okja is a Korean-style pho restaurant in the alleys of Yeonnam, near Hongdae in Seoul. Its mixed pho uses a clear gomtang-style broth with beef tendon and beef shank, and almost no spices. The space centers on a bar table facing an open kitchen, with more than 12 seats for two. On cold evenings the open kitchen makes the room noticeably humid.
