Narae Hambak Yeonnam

Narae Hambak Yeonnam is a Japanese-style restaurant in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled hambak steak and udon. The hambak steak is grilled over charcoal in front of you right after ordering, and eaten with various sauces and a raw egg. The open kitchen produces almost no smoke, and the udon noodles, made in-house, are chewy. Waiting times for walk-in customers can approach one hour.
