Musoe Kimchi Samgyeop

Musoe Kimchi Samgyeop is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Yeonnam and Hongdae in Seoul that grills samgyeopsal with kimchi and tofu. Staff grill the samgyeopsal, and once the pork fat collects in the center, they cook the kimchi in it. Tofu and kimchi are grilled alongside the meat, and a guard is set up to keep the fat from splattering. The dining area is kept clean.
