Moongteong

Mungteong Yeonnam serves thick cuts of pork grilled at a restaurant in Yeonnam, about 600 meters from Exit 3 of Hongdae Station. The modum gui lets you try several cuts, cooked on a special grill plate over binchotan charcoal. The plate is heated for two to three minutes before the meat goes on, and on Saturdays there is a short wait before you sit down. The cheonggukjang has a strong aroma.
