Kkoyo Sikdang

Kkoyo Sikdang is a retro Korean pub in Yeonnam that serves Korean anju with traditional liquor and soju. It offers nurungji dakbaeksuk, dakgangjeong, and yukhoe, and diners crack raw eggs onto a hot iron plate to cook as a basic anju. The nurungji dakbaeksuk is boiled on a burner, and the nurungji absorbs the broth until it turns porridge-like. The place is often nearly full, so you have to go early.
