Kkochsaljib (Marbling House)

Kkotsaljip is a Korean beef barbecue restaurant a five-minute walk from Hongdae Station in Seoul. It selects only 1++ grade cows with a marbling score of 8 or higher, and the menu also includes butter rice and beef yukhoe bibimbap. Staff grill the meat at the table and side dishes come with it. Hours run from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. the next day, with last orders taken until 1 a.m.
