Katsuyo

Katsuyo is a tonkatsu restaurant in Seoul that serves loin and tenderloin donkatsu. The loin and tenderloin have a lightly crisp breading, and the meat is soft enough to melt in the mouth. A set comes with rice, tonjiru, house-made kimchi, cabbage dressing, and a distinctive sauce. Eating alone is possible.
