Katsumonster Yeonnam Main Branch is a donkatsu restaurant in the alleys of Yeonnam that serves deungsim, ansim, and cheese katsu. The deungsim katsu and sang roast katsu use thick meat in a thin, crisp coating, eaten with salt and fresh wasabi. A one-person set offers a choice of triple katsu with cold momil or udon, and seats suited to sitting alone are provided. It sits at the far end of a Yeonnam alley, so it is hard to find on a first visit.
