Katsuman Gae Yeonnam is a tonkatsu restaurant on the second floor in Yeonnam, Seoul. It serves thick, crisp tonkatsu, with ham katsu made from Spam, along with nurungji rose katsu and jjolmyeon on the menu. Water, tissues, and wet wipes are self-service, and orders are placed by pointing at menu photos. There is no elevator, so you have to walk up the stairs to the second floor.
