Jakkwa Sikdang

Jakga Sikdang is a restaurant in Seoul that serves clear chicken hot pot and grilled chicken. The clear chicken hot pot is a shabu-shabu style dish where chicken and kalguksu noodles are briefly dipped in the broth, and orange tangsuyuk-style grilled chicken and chicken chimjeon are also served. The clear hot pot is left to sit until the broth soaks in, and the chicken is eaten dipped in salt or sauce. The dining room has only four tables, so it is small.
