Hongdae Eomji Gunmandu

Hongdae Eomji Gunmandu is a dumpling restaurant in Changcheon-dong, Seoul, serving mini gunmandu and Beijing-style jjajangmyeon. The gunmandu are crisped on the bottom and juicy inside. The shop is tidy and run by a middle-aged couple in uniforms. The gunmandu are small and the jjajangmyeon follows a Beijing style rather than a Korean one, so it can taste unfamiliar depending on your palate.
