Hongdae Dakhanmari

Hongdae Dak Hanmari is a Korean restaurant specializing in dak hanmari, a few minutes on foot from Hongik University Station in Seoul. A whole chicken is boiled with vegetables in a clear broth, and the meat is eaten with a seasoned sauce and shredded cabbage. Orders are placed as two-, three-, or four-person sets, and kalguksu or porridge can be added after the meal. Staff service is rough.
