Hanaramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant between Yeonnam and Hongdae in Seoul that serves shoyu ramen and saba shoyu ramen. The saba shoyu ramen adds mackerel aroma to a chicken broth, and the menu also includes thick seasoned eggs, menma, and chicken leg chashu. Orders are placed at a kiosk inside the second-floor dining room, where a noodle machine is visible, and noodles and rice can be added for free. The shoyu ramen is on the salty side.
