Gyedamda

Gyedamda is a chicken restaurant on Miro-gil in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving smoked chicken dishes. Its set menus pair smoked gyedam dak and cream dam dak with a baek kimchi salad. The chicken takes about an hour and a half to cook and smoke, and reservations only move you up in the waiting order rather than hold a table.
