GWANGGYE

Gwanggye is a samgyetang restaurant in Yeonnam that serves samgye baekban with perilla seed or black sesame. Its signature dishes are deulkkae samgye baekban and heugimja samgye baekban, both topped with cultured wild ginseng root. The chicken is tender down to the breast meat, the broth is rich, and the rice is moist and sticky. There is no break time.
