Gugsuchjib

Guksutjip is a noodle restaurant in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving noodles topped with Jeju black pork and yukjeon. Its signature dish is sutgogi guksu, made with noodles cooked in a rich, clean broth and meat grilled over charcoal. The space has bar seating and an open kitchen, so the cooking can be watched directly. The noodle portions are on the large side.
