Ganghwa Tongtong Saenggogi is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Seoul serving samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and dwaeji galbi (pork ribs). Samgyeopsal (pork belly) is dipped in boiling meljeot and eaten with gochujang jjigae. The meat arrives partly grilled, and a wait is common. There is an odor from the naengmyeon (cold noodles) cups.
