El Bistec

Elvis Tech is a small Spanish restaurant in Yeonnam, a short walk from Gyeongui Line Forest Park toward the residential streets. It serves gambas and paella along with tapas, pasta, and pizza, and orders can be made as a set. Chef Jo Jong-beom, who appeared on Master of Life, runs the place, and reservations are common enough that three or four parties have cycled through during a single meal. The interior is small and sound echoes inside.
