Dongboseong Traditional Old-style Hand Jjajang

Dongboseong Jeongtong Yetnal Son Jjajang is an old Chinese restaurant near Hongdae Donggyo-dong and Yeonnam that serves hand-pulled jjajang, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. It uses thin, chewy noodles for yuni jjajang and gan jjajang, and also offers a chili shrimp and spicy yuni jjajang set. Dishes are cooked to order, so food can take more than 10 minutes to arrive. At 1 p.m., a waiting line forms five minutes after the doors open, and when customers crowd in, people wait for a table and then for the food.
