Bamboo Aging Hoe Restaurant Hongdae serves aged hoe such as flounder, sea bream, salmon, Spanish mackerel and tuna, along with ankimo, in Seoul. The fish is aged with a 40-year method and served with two kinds of wasabi and two kinds of soy sauce, and the rice is seasoned with vinegar for sushi. The space has partitioned seats, group seats and small-group seats, so parties can be seated by size, and highballs can be ordered. Salt gimbap and red crab ramen are also available.
