Chungsong Hamhung Cold Noodles

Cheongsong Bongwan Hamheung Naengmyeon Jeonmunjeom is an old naengmyeon restaurant in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, serving Hamheung-style cold noodles and dumplings. It offers hoe naengmyeon, mul naengmyeon, and bibim naengmyeon, and the noodles are thin and chewy. Warm broth comes in a kettle, the cold noodle broth is not spicy, and the noodles are soft enough to cut with your teeth. The wang mandu come in orders of six, which is too many for one person, and the filling is small.
