Ino Sushi

Inoshi Sushi is a small izakaya in Yeonnam, Seoul, serving aged hoe and Japanese alcohol. The owner-chef handles the sashimi and sushi, and the signature assorted sashimi is available as an omakase course or à la carte. All seats are at the counter, and the bar runs on a reservation system with service until midnight. The kitchen takes its last food order at 10:30 p.m., and the small all-counter space does not accommodate groups.
