Seoul Makchang

Seoul Makchang in Yeongju is a restaurant that serves only makchang. The makchang is grilled until crisp after being coated in a sweetish marinade and charred over fire. It arrives already cooked, so it only needs reheating on the grill, and it comes with sauce and scallions. The restaurant does not sell rice, ramyeon, or doenjang jjigae.
