Uri Mat Bunsik

Urimat Bunsik is a stall inside a traditional market in Busan that serves kalguksu and gimbap. The kalguksu has a clear broth with a savory depth, and the broth and noodles go well together. At lunchtime the lines are long enough that you wait standing. The gimbap is a menu item eaten on its own alongside the kalguksu.
