Ttosia

Ttosia is a Taiwanese restaurant in Yeongdo, Busan, serving beef noodles, mapo tofu, and fried rice. The mala mapo tofu is ordered with egg fried rice or plain rice, along with fried eggplant, guobaorou, and chili shrimp. Waits are long, and dishes come out by menu item to several tables at once rather than in the order tables ordered. The fried dishes are oily, so the smell of oil stays on clothes and bags after the meal.
