Seoul House Restaurant

Seouljip is a gopchang gui restaurant in the back alley behind Samjin Eomuk at Bongnae Market in Yeongdo, Busan, serving gopchang jeongol and gopchang gui. The gopchang jeongol comes with dangmyeon in a broth that is neither spicy nor salty, and is finished with udon noodles and bokkeumbap. It sits inside an alley on the first floor of an old apartment building, so it can be hard to find the first time, and the jeongol is brought to the table already cooked. Without adding extra noodles, the contents are thin.
