Satto Bunsik is a snack shop in Busan that serves bibim gimbap, jjol udon, and udon. You can order bibim dangmyeon and noodles mixed half and half, and the shop also serves tteokguk, tteok mandu guk, and jjolmyeon. A mother and daughter run the shop, which opens in the early morning and offers takeout. It closes on its regular day off and on other days as well, so call before visiting.
