Pohang Mulhoe Ilbeonji is a seafood restaurant in Busan that serves Pohang-style mulhoe without added water. The dish is closer to a hoe bibimbap: sliced nunvoltae hoe is mixed with a bibim sauce and vegetables, then eaten wrapped in leaves. Ordering mulhoe brings gonggitbap and maeuntang alongside it, and diners mix in table vinegar or add water. The maeuntang comes separately from the mulhoe, with a mild, cool broth.
